We seen another month of strong demand which was up 11.9% which was slightly up from last month, although we did see a dip in supply grown which is down to about 15%. We've also now seen 15 consecutive months of declining occupancy but those are off the record highs of 2023. Inflation has become an issue in the economy which has caused the FED to raise interest rates which has now created a slow down in investments...
