It also will raise the tipped minimum wage to $9 per hour. However, there are many other things in the bill that could cost Pennsylvania 86,000 jobs if the bill becomes law. Rebekah Paxton is the director of research at the Employment Policies Institute, a non-profit research organization that looks at public policy as it impacts employment growth.
