And now you have been set free from that habit. Perhaps now, instead of smoking, you twirl a pencil between your fingers. Maybe you always have a bottle of water now instead of an alcoholic beverage. Perhaps you always arrive at the event 20 minutes before it begins. It's sort of like the old habits are dead, and you now live by a new set of habits.
