Description: Stuart Ross Carlson is an accomplished violinist and composer with a unique story. Although diagnosed with autism at age 3, he earned two Undergraduate Degrees (violin performance and composition) and two Graduate Degrees (viola performance) from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Currently, Stuart is a member of the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra, performs regularly with the Michigan Philharmonic, and has performed across the US and UK as a soloist and ensemble member. He is a published arranger/composer, plays violins made by the Voller Brothers (1887) and Feng Jiang, and a viola by Grubaugh & Seifert.
