Description: I went ice skating yesterday… and why not? This is as good a time as any. There is no crowd and next to some exercise and fun, it gave me a chance to cool down from the hot summer weather. As I was gracefully gliding across the ice I shared some fond memories of ice skating and hockey with my daughter. Somehow I thought I still got it, and then I took a fall. Nothing serious, only a bruised hip and a bruised ego…both will mend in time!
