Since then, we’ve heard from over 1,300 people, with a focus on bringing more local restaurants as a popular request.  Town Manager Terry Rozema sits down with Union Hospitality Group Owner Grant Krueger to better understand what it takes to open a local restaurant, the challenges local owners face in the current market, and to provide recommendations that the Town of Marana can pursue to encourage local restaurants.
