Description: This is my latest crazy experiment. 🧪 I made a cold plunge tank out of a chest freezer I bought off Facebook for $175. I also bought an Inkbird temperature controller for around $40 that turns off the freezer when it reaches the right temperature and an aquarium water filter for around $50 that helps move and clean the water. It was a pretty cheap investment compared to the benefits you get from it. If you’ve never done it, the feeling is incredible. Cold, but incredible. 🥶
