Lisa has been the coach at Traverse City Central High School for 30 years. She coached the 2008 Michigan State Championship team as well as the runner-up teams in 2004, 2010, 2014, 2019, and 2020. She has coached 41 individual All-State runners, 16 regional championships, 20 Big North Conference Championships, and 13 times coach of the year nominations from the Michigan Intercollegiate Track Coaches Association.
