Someone asked, "What of those who do evil and seem to be enjoying, and look like they have escaped the consequence of their evil?"
That's the same situation that the Apostle James describes in the text above, of rich oppressors who live in luxury and opulence through corruption and wickedness. He says, "BE PATIENT like the way the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains." In other words, Judgement will surely come, no matter how slow.
