It's getting real y'all. Now, I KNOW the heat is amping my MS symptoms. I'm ridiculously exhausted. There's quite a bit of muscle weakness. I'm so tired, I'm not drinking water or alcohol. The empty restroom trips have increased.Â
Some of this may be dehydration but I'm doing something today.Â
