Description: Yesterday, Iain Valliere, an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, declared his retirement. Chris Bumstead, his brother-in-law, is associated with him. Iain supported CBUM throughout his initial competitions and successfully guided him to 3 victories in the Classic Physique division of Olympia. Several years ago, CBUM was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease which has caused significant health problems. In my discussion, I analyze when CBUM should have chosen to retire and the implications this decision holds for his future.
