Description: It seems to me that everywhere I see people talking about spiritual and/or esoteric topics, there is this way of looking at and speaking about the mind as if it is this enemy that is out to get us and must be overcome... but I see it very differently.
Yes, it's true that we have been using our mind in ways that are not correct- making it the ultimate decision maker, using it to override our emotions and dissociate from our bodies, making ourselves a slave to its logic, etc.
BUT that is not...
