This means that when you accept your Kingdom Citizenship, and pass the test, you receive new clothes/garments of praise. He gives you a new passport, with access to get into His Kingdom and out of His Kingdom, as well as the authority to dominate, multiply and travel throughout different realms. The goal is that wherever your foot treads/stands, you will take dominion for the King.
