Description: In Episode 68, my guest was Harrison Tinsley, a Bay Area dad who is undergoing a nightmarish struggle to gain joint custody and protect his young son, who is being raised as "non binary" by the boy's mother (and he is being referred to as "they/them" by the mother). We talked about his case, as well as the current state of courts and the general bias against fathers in California custody proceedings. We also discussed some of the radical philosophy behind the modern gender-identity/fluidity movement.
