OUR STORY
The Finders began as a one-woman operation founded by CEO Sharon Bondurant in 1998. Our firm was launched before cell phones, job boards, and LinkedIn. She relied on just a corded phone, phone book and fax machine to run the business. Since then, the company has grown steadily and was twice named an Inc. 5000 firm. Nearly 25 years later, the talent acquisition specialists at The Finders have placed well over five thousand professionals.
