Paul is a very accomplished runner having run for Florida state University and after his graduation he transferred to The University of Colorado in the fall to further his academic and running pursuits. He earned All-American honors in 2019 cross country and has a personal best of 23:20 in the cross country 8k (5 miles). One thing that Paul is passionate about is coaching and helping people get better in the sport of running.
