My sleep improved but the blank restroom trips were playing with my emotions. This morning i realized why. I drank less water because I'm working on the phones and the issues with Workforce Management.Â
My bounce back plan? Wife prepped lunch so i can eat then lay on my stomach. That'll help with back pain and pressure sores. Then, movement will improve which eases transition to the restroom. *taps temple*
