Taipei Police Capture Fugitive Teacher
In December 1999, something really bad happened in a karaoke bar in Taipei.
A person was shot and killed.
One of the suspects (ĺŤçŻ) was a guy.
His nickname ⌠Teacher Chen (éłč帍).
The police tried to catch Chen, but he managed to stay hidden for a very, very long time.
