I work-from-home, on a computer. As such, my neck hurts everyday I sit at my desk due the uncomfortable eye levels. It hurts enough that I pop Ibuprofen regularly.
I can alleviate some of the neck pain by sitting on stacked booty cushions to raise my eye levels. The problem with that is sitting higher in my wheelchair causes more spasms, more spasticity, more pressure sore pain. The trade-off is awful.
