Description: In this episode we spoke with Emily Darling from the Wildlife Conservation Society and Georgina Gurney at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies. They talked to us about a broadly comparative, social-ecological research project on fisheries governance they have been working on with support from the MacArthur Foundation. We discussed the challenges involved in the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary aspects of the project, and how they addressed these together and with their project partners.Â
