I've admitted to this pain before. Over the last few months, I've thought it was nerve pain, new spasms, muscle weakness, sciatica. At some point, I blamed my sleeping position.
It's a combination of everything. This finally hit priority status because it's 3 straight days. My plan? No doctor yet. I think if I do more yoga and exercise, I can lessen the intensity. As of this post, I've done 30min. I'll do another 30 before bed.
