Description: Josette Andrews joins us just ahead of heading to Glasgow for the Indoor World Championships! This is her third time on the podcast. She was on in June 2021 when she first broke 15 minutes in the 5k. She was on again after she made her first Indoor World Champs in the 1500 in 2022.
