I haven't done my yoga routine in days. The good thing is I haven't had the left hip pain in days either. Are the two truly correlated? That's the CONFUSING part.
I didn't sleep longer than an hour and a half but I took the double dose of Oxybutynin. Maybe a double dose isn't the problem. If not, I'm out of ideas and gotta schedule more medical appointments. That's the CONFUSING thing about all this.
So many times, it's heartbreaking to realize nothing you do...
