The project involves the transformation of three significant corridors: Ninth Street (from Jefferson to Broadway), Muhammad Ali Boulevard, and Chestnut Street. The goal is to make Ninth Street a pedestrian-friendly destination (similar to NuLu) and convert Ali and Chestnut Streets from a one-way to a two-way traffic pattern.
