Description: Jenny Victory has been working within the field of disability since she was a teenager. Her experience ranges from charity work, respite centre manager, special educational needs teacher in a special school and in a secondary school, a learning support facility manager, behaviour consultant, key worker and currently working directly with the Government of Gibraltar, having set up its first Disability Office in 2021.
 Working directly under the auspices of Gibraltar’s Chief Minister and with Gibraltar’s Minister for Disability, Jenny is currently developing Gibraltar’s first National Disability Strategy.
