Carlene completed her undergraduate Bachelor's degree at Ohio's John Carroll University in 2004, received her PharmD from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in 2008 and then completed her PGY-1 residency at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital, Ohio. For the first 5 years of her career, she worked as an Internal Medicine clinical specialist and was very passionate about primary care.
