To date, Nekky has volunteered on 15 dental brigades across Central and South America . He has also volunteered in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Peru and India providing dental treatment and educating the locals on oral health. Nekky also founded the Quench initiative, a project in coordination with Change for Children's Nicaragua Water Project.
