I see Keanu Reeves say this half jokingly, but it really resonated with me.
Love yourself enough to fight for yourself. If you know someone is not taking you seriously, bee willing to fight back or move on. This doesn't mean go and hit people, as in a physical fight. It means be willing to stand up and push back against what you know to be false.
Be willing to fight for the life, body, mind, etc., that you say you want. Fight the demons inside to produce a life you love.
