The Mustangs won the Greater Cleveland Conference in her second season posting an overall record of 21-3. Prior to taking over the program Mady served as an assistant varsity coach on the Strongsville girls basketball staff for two seasons. She coached for three years at Marysville (OH) High School, prior to coaching in Strongsville.
