Well, that's partially true. You can create the same deficit by moving more, too.
Moving more doesn't mean you have to become an athlete or gym rat. You can add more steps in your day. Do the dishes by hand. Get the trusty broom out and sweep instead of vacuuming or using an automated system. Dance in your kitchen by yourself or with someone else. There's so many options.
