Before the violence erupted, an overserved young man left the party into the care of his new girlfriend - only to become the murder suspect on the word of his jilted ex. Despite zero physical evidence and an unreliable eye witness, James Davis was convicted of murder and sentenced to 18 years to life thanks to shoddy defense lawyers.
