Joe has played a huge part in developing the program at Bullis and has coached many athletes who have gone on to become big names in the sport including Quincy Wilson who just qualifed for the Olympics at the age of 16 in the 400 (currently coached by Joe) and Masai Russel who just won the trials in the 100 meter hurdles who was coached by Joe in high school.
