Description: Jocelyn Carter is suing Bright Horizons at Legacy in Plano, Texas, after she says her 20-month-old came home from her first day at the daycare with swollen, red cheeks and a cough that led to vomiting. Carter found out later that the toddler had gotten her hands on a vape pen and was seen with smoke coming out of her mouth and nose. Daycare employees allegedly did not report the incident.
