Clear Creek Distillery was founded oil 1985 by Steve McCarthy. The goal was to use the bounty that comes from the Pacific Northwest in its. production and turn it into fruit brandies, spirits and liquors that would rival their European counterparts. Steve's love of pear brandy began while traveling through Europe. He struggled to find it in the states. This led to open the 3rd craft distillery in the United States.
