Zak is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) While in school, Zak was able to both serve as a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses, as well as personal trainer at the Ithaca College Fitness Center, both of which had a formative impact on his clinical philosophy rooted in the importance of strong educational skills and a strong foundation of resistance training.
