Episode: Biomarkers and diagnostic tests in schizophrenia
Description: Thank you Jamon Hemingway, OMS IV, for developing this great topic. For the time (about an hour), this is a low yield podcast for shelf exam preparation. It addresses some issues that do show up on tests, but only infrequently. It has higher yield for somebody that might be interested in seeing some of the ways that scientists are looking for ways to identify schizophrenia and see if treatment is effective. It does tie together some of the aspects of the pathophysiological models of schizophrenia in a way that listeners may find interesting as well.
Thank you...
