The Safdie's kept pushing the accelerator further and further. Robert Pattinson excelled as a low-life you can't help but root for, and hey, who doesn't like a movie with Necro. Uncut Gems (35:25) hits a lot of the same notes, and they are played to perfection, but it just wasn't our song.
