Description: To whom are you accountable? If you own a business, you are  accountable to your customers to provide the product or service that  they paid for in a reasonable amount of time. And if you have employees,  you are responsible for paying them the wages agreed upon when hired.  They are accountable to you to do the work you told them to do.
