The Cougars sort of have a new quarterback in Tanner Mangum getting the starting job back after backing up Taysom Hill last year. Mangum took over for Hill in the first game of 2015 after another season-ending injury.
Running back is also a concern for the Cougars who lost Jamaal Williams to the NFL Draft, and there is no real backup in place.
