Description: Cathy and Scott had decided before they got married that they wanted to serve a mission as a couple. The opportunity came at an unexpected time but perfectly worked out. Scott sold his practice and Cathy prepared the family for their temporary leave of family events. They were called to serve in the Philippines for 18 months. Their assignment was as member leader support. While in the Philippines, Scott helped in the organization of 8 Branches and 1 Stake.
