Owen opened up his season with a 3 mile cross country high school National record of 13:30 and a win at the prestigious Woodbridge invitational.
He’s been killing it for a while as last track season he won a national title in the indoor 800, ran 1:48 outdoors in the 800 and set a national record in the 1k outdoors with a time of 2:23.
But as he says in this episode this year he really figured cross country out.
