Mike, Associate Director of Communications at Wirral University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, delivered an intensive two-week campaign across different social media campaigns using the slogan We are ‘WUTH’. It resulted in a 168 per cent increase in completed applications for band 5 nursing posts compared with the previous two weeks.Â
