Description: In late September, of 2000, tonight’s guest, Chance Neidecker, went on a bow hunt, in Western Arkansas. Like he had done, several times before, he had his uncle drop him off at a creek that lead into Fort Chaffe. A military base, in Arkansas, that's been sitting unused, for years, but was being revamped, at the time. After walking about 2 miles in, Chance found a tree with a big elbow limb, about 10 feet off the ground.
