Description: Consistent with past practice, Urban Areas began a collaborative process to establish All-Hazards Incident Management Teams (AHIMT) . Today we are taking a deep dive into the AHIMT process and seeks to identify challenges and obstacles to collaboration with FDNY BC Rich DePrima. There is minimal agreement about how much collaboration has taken place in developing the AHIMT programs.
