Description: As a young boy, my mother was a guiding force in the formation of my morality. Even today I still draw guidance from the lessons I learned from her. Of course there were others, but no one comes close to the weight she carried in my development. By example, her life emulated service to others. I honestly do not remember a time when my mother was not thinking of someone else’s needs, wants, or feelings.
