I had my wife make me some homemade tortillas the last few weeks and noticed I was feeling bloated and full a lot.
I skipped a few days and tried again to test my theory and felt it again after eating them.
They are nothing more than heavy cream and flour (maybe a little salt, too) and taste great. My body just doesn't care for wheat based flour anymore.
When I'm feeling bloated, I skip meals and wait until I get back to normal. That means I'll be fasting for 16-18 hours, most likely, then go...
