Sex and gender are intrinsically united, though tension may be experienced in unhealthy psychologies. One cannot socially, hormonally, or surgically attempt to because anything other than one's biological sex. If one does so, it's an offense against one's Creator and the best result is being a masculinized woman, or a feminized man.
