Description: Suffering in any form does not exist in the present moment. Â Recently, I've healed back pain by being conscious of my breathing. Â I wasn't trying to breath any particular way, simply being aware of how I happend to be breathing in the moment. Â As I watched my breathing, it changed all by itself to be deeper and slower. Â My body adjusted itself all by itself in response to the breathing change. Â With that body adjustment, everything seemed to flow and the pain was gone.
