Description: Last week, the Biden administration released a new and extensive set of rules that expand Title IX’s prohibition of “sex-based discrimination” to include “gender identity.” The rules destroy protections for sex-based accommodations in the American educational system. Under the new rules, it will constitute unlawful discrimination to keep biological men who “identify” as women out of previously all female spaces.
