As we look into Acts 24 we find Paul still in prison but given the opportunity to speak to the governor Felix and his wife Drusilla about righteousness, self-control and judgment to come. Felix delays his decision to follow Christ and we never read that he gave his life to Christ in follow up meetings with Paul.
